Flare Stack Inspection

FlyDroneD uses UAV technologies to capture a 360-degree view of the flare stack.

Preparation and Planning: Before the inspection, a detailed plan is created, considering the specific requirements of the flare stack and the surrounding environment. This includes identifying key areas for inspection, such as the flare tip, radiation shield, and pipework.

Drone Deployment: Advanced drones equipped with high-resolution cameras, thermal imaging sensors, and LiDAR technology are deployed. These drones are capable of capturing detailed images and data from various angles, providing a comprehensive view of the flare stack.

How it Works

Data Analysis: After the flight, the collected data is processed using advanced software. High-resolution images and thermal data are analyzed to assess the condition of the flare stack. This analysis helps in identifying any signs of wear, corrosion, or damage

Reporting: A comprehensive report is generated, detailing the findings of the inspection. This report includes high-resolution images, thermal data, and recommendations for any necessary maintenance or repairs. The report provides a clear overview of the flare stack's condition, helping in making informed decisions
